Beautiful Antique Jasperware Angel Design Jug. This is a jasperware jug in the style of Wedgwood.

The jug has a beautiful deep blue colouring as a base colour. On top of that are white cameo-esque designs with an angel playing a horn draped in white cloth. The middle is of a boy leaning against a short column playing a flute and the third is a cherub in a flowing white gown. Between each scene are elegant decorations with a small flower decoration under the handle and a laurel type design around the neck.

This is a lovely jug with a beautiful design in the style of Wedgwood. There are two small drilled holes at the top by the handle. CONDITION: The condition is good considering the age of the item. There are some smalls chips to the white column.

The height of the jug is 17cm Approx. The diameter of the jug is 12.7 Approx. The weight of the jug is 985 grams Approx. Alison Chapman, as seen on ITV's Dickinson's Real Deal and Secret Dealers.
