Wedgwood lilac jasper dipped biscuit barrel satyrs Wedgwood only circa 1877. THERE ARE TOO MANY VARIABLES FOR ME TO BE ACCURATE EVERY TIME, ESPECIALLY SINCE MANY OF MY LISTINGS GO OUT OF THE COUNTRY. This listing is for a Wedgwood lilac jasper dipped biscuit barrel picturing satyrs, designed by Diana Beauclerk. The mark is Wedgwood, AXF, circa 1877. The barrel measures 6 1/2 to the top of the finial.

This 140+ year old piece of lilac Wedgwood has a few flaws. The inside has some staining and some spider cracks that don't go thru to the bottom. There are a few dings in the lilac as pictured. There are also a few relief cracks that can be seen in the third picture. The good news is that the lilac color is clear and true.
