Aurora and Chariot Blue On White Pill Box. A white Jasperware pill box with blue bas-reliefs. The top of the pill box has a blue bas-relief depicting Aurora, goddess of the dawn, racing across the early morning sky in her horse-drawn chariot to announce the dawning of a new day. Aurora wears a half moon diadem in her hair and flying classical robes.

Her chariot is pulled to the left across a cloud by two rearing horses and around the edges of the box and lid also has blue bas-reliefs. The pill box measures approximately 1 3/4 inches in diameter by approximately 1 1/4 inches deep. The pill box has been previously owned, it is first quality and it is in very good condition.
