Antique Victorian miniature jasperware plaque, perfect for jewelry making or restoration, by Wedgwood, impressed with the letter R, which we thought could be for the year 1863 or 1889, but a kind ebayer told us it is probably for the potter, the jasperware is white on the beautiful old Wedgwood blue color, horizontal form, depicting a classical scene with three figures, the center figure is male, with an adoring recumbent female figure on the right and a standing figure on the left, horizontal oval form, measuring 1-1/8" x 13/16" overall, impressed WEDGWOOD and R on the back, condition is very good.
