This impressive Wedgwood dark blue Jasperware/ Jasper Dip Jardinier/Planter has impressed marks Wedgwood - C (cypher for 1874) 8 (size) There is NO England - Measures 8 inches high & 8 1/2 inches wide - Planter sits on three stylized feet so that no under plate is required to protect the surface it is placed on. We don't often see these Wedgwood planters on feet.

At the rim is a continuous garland of flowers, leaves and vines - There are multiple bas relief images of mythology around the entire body of the Jardiniere, including: Domestic Affection - attributed to Lady Templeton - Cupid on Pedestal - Diana & Stag - Abudantia with Cornupia - Ceres - goddess of growing plants - Tall trees & Urns with flowers. Jardiniere has been lovingly used for over 140 years and remains in very good condition - There is the expected usage stains to the interior and minor flake chips around a small section of the rim - hardly noticeable - pic #10 This antique planter will certainly create a focal point when used to display your orchids or any other indoor flower - Will be well packaged to arrive safely.
