Absolutely Stunning Super Rare Basalt and Gold Wedgwood Portland Vase

  
This is the pinnacle of Wedgwood's work. It is an incredible investment opportunity to own an extremely exclusive piece. This is one of the earlier vases which came with a Wedgwood blue box and predates the later Wedgwood and Bentley version that comes with a black box and has gold on the handle. The vase is in excellent condition as it has never been displayed.

The box is in very good condition although there are the odd small dink and a small piece of blue missing (about the size of your little finger nail), the protective cardboard sleeve has done its job so is a little tired with some marks on it but will come with the piece to keep the box as protected as possible.
