Blue Jasperware Composers Display Plate. A Wedgwood blue jasperware display plate. The plate has a central white bas-relief of a Goddess playing a lute and six further white bas-reliefs around the edge each featuring the portrait of a composer, their surname, year of birth and year of death.

Featured on this display plate are Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Ludwig van Beethoven, Giuseppe Verdi, Georges Bizet, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and Edward Elgar. There are impressed laurel leaves separating each portrait. The plate measures approximately 9 1/2 inches in diameter and it is impressed "Wedgwood Made in England" on the back.
