Very fine Pair Antique Gilt Bronze Ormolu Adams style Wall Sconces mounted with original Sage Green Wedgwood jasperware plaque medallions, c. Featuring exceptionally fine hand chased metalwork detail (pic 7), also of the period completely fashioned 3-part candle socket elements (pic 8). Wedgwood (only) inset plaques are in mint condition, no chips, cracks , repairs or restorations. Gilt bronze Ormolu sconce structures are in equally excellent shape with no damages, repairs or use wear.

All bronze elements still retain virtually all of their original 24k gold plating. Sconces can be presently used with wax candlesticks.

Also can be easily electrified (all internally) with running wire through hollow arm cores. Each Sconce measures 15" tall, 10-1/2" at widest, with a 6-1/4 wall projection. Each Wedgwood plaque measures 4-3/8" by 2-3/4", 3/8 thick.
