Stunning and very large cobalt dipped Wedgwood Jasper ware jardiniere in good used condition. Impressed Wedgwood only to the base, I suspect date wise we are looking c. 1840, perhaps Georgian (pre 1837). Measurements are approximate, but height is 7. Bas relief depicts the muses, is well formed and prominent as displayed in the pictures.

I didn't notice any loss, but please view the pictures for your own satisfaction. Staining to the base which is typical.

I have cleaned the piece very gently and was pleasantly surprised at how well it came up. I think it would be a nice addition to any collection. Please do take the time to view my other items, I have a lot of Wedgwood listed currently as well as Moorcroft, Peggy Davies and miniature pieces by Coalport etc.

I spend a lot of time inspecting, cleaning (items which need, not those which should be left as-is), measuring and checking these items for damage or restoration. I take detailed photos which you can zoom in on for more clarity. I label all items in order to help catalogue and ensure that your product description is accurate. This also allows me to recognise an item when/if I accept a return. These are simple, small labels that usually peel off very easily. I ask that these labels are not removed if you decide you wish to make a return. I use the most appropriate postal service for your specific parcel taking into account weight and size. All prices are in GBP. These can be costly, so please get in touch if you are unsure what it would cost to get this item to you as these costs are completely out of my control.

I always retain proof of expenditure. Any total you receive from me personally will not include these charges. All components of my packaging are clean and strong, biodegradable or recyclable wherever possible. All parcels are clearly labelled FRAGILE with both tape and stickers. In the event of a parcel arriving damaged, if possible, please stop the courier leaving and take a photograph of the damaged parcel in their presence and ask them to record it as arriving as damaged.

If your item has also (unlikely) been damaged during transit, please photograph it in its original state in the box showing my bombproof packaging! Then when unpacked and send it to me so we can help sort things out. When you receive your item and are happy, do consider leaving feedback.

All items are sent for via services which require a signature. Unfortunately, most carriers now deem any fragile item such as ceramics and pottery as uninsurable, though some will cover loss only.

I do my best but cannot promise that if someone drops our parcel from a great height then stands on it that it will survive. It helps other buyers see that you are using sellers with integrity who really do want to look after their clients.

If you receive your item and actually are unhappy in any way, just send me a quick message, I? Ll always do my best to help. You can return your item if you advise me within fourteen days of receiving your item that you wish to; and you then have a further fourteen days to return said item to me (at your own expense).

I must receive the item undamaged/in its original condition complete with security/catalogue label attached. This item is in the category "Pottery, Ceramics & Glass\Decorative Pottery, Ceramics & Glass\Vases".priestly" and is located in this country: GB. This item can be shipped worldwide.
