Cameo box with three colour Wedgwood jasper portrait of George Washington to mark the Bicentennial of American Independence 1776 - 1976 number 227 of 500 and comes with the certificate. The pill box stands approximately 2cm high and is 4cm wide and is fully hallmarked and stamped on the base Churchill Mint.
