The item dates to 1880 with the impressed WEDGWOOD only mark. This is an extremely rare opportunity to own such an item being as it is a dipped antique tricolour piece with cross hatching effect. It has a beautiful silver plated lid which I believe depicts bails of straw? It's really is stunning piece and would be a great addition to any collector or dealer Condition Report : sadly the piece does have wear to the silver plated lid, some cracking to the white relief but obviously age related and some staining to the inside. As the pot is from 1880 you can only expect this sort of wear of use to occur still displays exceptionally well.
