Wedgwood Figurine of Terpsichore. Original box, leaflet etc. Vgc. 1974

Please do take a look at my other items for sale... There will be plenty more to come! This is an example of the Wedgwood figurine of Terpsichore holding a blue wreath - which was produced at the same time as one of Mercury in 1974 (based on the date on the base and on the accompanying leaflet).

It is around 25 cm high; the box is just over 30cm high (see photo). In excellent original condition (see photos).

In original packaging - which is labelled'Dancing Hours Figurine' (see photos); presumably the shop my late Dad bought it from packaged it in the wrong box.. The base of the box has some historic damp damage (see photos). The base is also stamped AW (the artist at Wedgwood involved). Please let me know if you would like any more details/ more photos. Whatever, I will find a solution, and offer a discount!
