Wedgwood Blue Jasperware Tall Column Candleholder in the Georgian or Adams Style, likely dating to the late 1800's. An exceptionally fine and rare issue. Condition is perfect or mint. No chips, cracks, damages or restorations.

Some typically occurring irregularities known to this sort of ware, minor joinery fissures to body and applied sprigging. Small production flaw showing the tip of one acanthus leaf fired askew (pic 10). Measures 12-1/4" high, base is 4-3/4" square. Weight 2 pounds 8 ounces.
