For your consideration: A Beautiful Circa 1865 Wedgwood Black Basalt Jasperware Pedestal Bowl in wonderful condition! The sides of the bowl are decorated with Greek Mythological Scenes of Sacrifice Figures; one of which is named " Sacrifice to Ceres". This lovely antique piece measures approximately 5 in height. The width of the top opening is approximately 7" in diameter and the base measures approximately 5" in diameter. The bottom is marked: WEDGWOOD T 7 which would date it at 1865 but possibly 1891. No chips, cracks or restorations can be found on this wonderful piece.

There is slight wear to the finish but only enough that one would expect to find in a piece this age. It has a matte finish.
