The case is decorated with swags and ribbons, trophies of love and Cupids playing. The convex white enamel dial decorated with flowers and with finely pierced gilt hands is surrounded by a bezel uncrusted with brilliants. The timepiece movement is of 8 day duration and is regulated by a platform lever escapement (no pendulum needed). 5.5 inch diameter by 2 inches deep (13.75 cm by 5 cm).
