Antique Wedgwood Black Basalt Dip Jasper Ware Dancing Hours 10 Urn with Lid AS IS. Beautiful and very rare antique Wedgwood double handled urn in the "Dancing Hours" theme. Made in the mid to late 19th century. Color: Black basalt dip with white figures. Marks: Wedgwood with two more unidentifiable marks on the bottom.

Felt on the base was torn to review markings. Condition: One of the handles has been repaired (picture #3). Base has cracks and has been repaired (pictures #4-5). Finial on lid appears to be restored (glued back on) but hard to notice (picture #6). Bottom of the lid has been cracked and some pieces have been re-glued (picture #7).

One small flea sized chip on the rim stripe of the body (picture #8). Two small green markings on the body (picture #9). Bacchus nose has a chip on one of the handles (picture #10). Urn stands a little slanted is seen from the side angle due to base repairs.

Urn needs some light cleaning. We have done our best to describe every flaw but please use the zoom feature to study all pictures. Please message us for additional pictures. This a hard to find urn and perfect for serious collectors.

10" tall to top of lid finial (9" tall without lid), 4-1/2 wide at the widest part. A second identical urn is listed in our store (superior condition).
