Antique Fancy Blue Angels Jasperware Doorknobs Door Knobs c1900 Wedgwood. Josiah Wedgwood created jasperware in the 1770's. Usually described either as stoneware or a type of porcelain, jasperware is noted for its matte and unglazed biscuit finish. Produced in a number of different colors, the best known is a pale blue - known as Wedgwood Blue These antique doorknobs have two iconic angels embracing over flowers and a sunburst array.

Both knobs have light wear and the threaded rod is infinitely adjustable. Antique Jasperware Angel Doorknobs measure 2 1/8 Rod and rod screws included.
