Magnificent Wedgwood 4 color medallion or plaque. Here are the 4 colors: Cobalt Blue, light blue, sage green and white on a white jasperware base. It is in excellent antique condition. It is approximately 2 5/8 inches long by 1 1/2 inches wide at it's longest and widest and is very thin presumably to be set into jewelry or framed or displayed. The work on this piece is very highly detailed, something that would not be replicated currently.
